Adobo Fried Rice
This is likely the adobo’s third and final incarnation: adobo fried rice. Fried up 1.5 Chinese sausages (sliced), chopped adobo meat, and some sauce in a big pan (no oil necessary), tossed in some white rice, and two eggs. No seasoning is really required since I used the adobo sauce, but if you like you can always add Maggi or fish sauce. Serve with a side of Vietnamese do chua and lunch is served!
You can really make fried rice with anything…I just hate peas & carrots in mine but do like it with edamame.
